The Laramie Project

This poster was designed for the Middlesex Community College Theatre Department's performance of The Laramie Project. The poster depicts a doe near a cattle fence either in the early morning or late evening. My concept was to set a mood and evoke an emotion, that of loneliness or even sadness. This is accomplished through use of space and color. The title is in American Typewriter font because the script was derived from interviews, which made me think of journalists, which, in turn, made me think of typewriters. It did seem somehow appropriate to me.
